KAROLINA PYZIK

​President of Senfineco, psychologist, slavic philologist collecting experiences in NFE since 2015. She was conducting plenty of activities for polish and international youth about multiculturalism, Erasmus+ opportunities, EU funds, Balkan countries. She participated in more than 15 Erasmus+ mobilities including youth exchanges, trainings , personal student mobilities and internships and volunteering on bio farm in order to promote sustainable development. While traineeship in Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs she collected knowledge about development policy what she was wants to implement in her work. Constantly improving her skills in NFE on local and international ground during Erasmus+ mobilities, among others leading workshops for billingual children in Spain. Between 2015 and 2018 working as a assistant of international project manager, creator of project proposals within Erasmus+ and national funds. Living abroad she collected an experience in a public youth centre working with youth with fewer opportunities, immigrants and refugees. As a former EVS volunteer she also has a background in writing accepted ESC volunteering projects, coordinating other volunteers and mentoring group of outgoing youth before their international activities, as well as training young leaders of youth exchanges. Delivering educational content in 3 languages (polish, english, slovenian), as well as career counselling in one-to-one form. Participated in numerous ToTs, as well as national trainings for career counsellors. Target groups she works with: immigrants, refugees, youth age 18-25, youth with fewer opportunities.
